Erica Bueno

Erica Bueno is a full-time digital marketer and part-time coffee enthusiast. On Team Simplicity, she’s known for her ability to translate ideas into practical solutions and her willingness to roll up her sleeves and make things happen. As Simplicity’s resident digital marketing specialist, Erica is responsible for amplifying the brand’s digital presence to attract top-tier consultants and clients. She creates campaigns that foster community engagement and convert customers, drawing upon a well-rounded marketing strategy, social media, email marketing, and automation. Equally important, Erica thrives on building relationships and connection. Prior to joining Simplicity, Erica spent ten years helping to grow her family’s business, Kitanda, into a five-store coffee chain. She recently graduated at the top 6.5% of her class with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington Bothell. When she’s not expanding her B2B marketing skills, she is exploring new B2C entrepreneurial endeavors, like starting an online coffee store. Erica is passionate about traveling and experiencing how people live in different parts of the world. Born in Brazil, she permanently moved to the U.S. when she was sixteen. She has also chosen Portugal as her future retirement locale. Erica is a multilingual, culture-sensitive professional who is driven by challenge, creativity, and a growth mindset.

Chances are, you answered yes to at least one of these questions. We’ve all been there. Communication can be challenging, especially in the workplace, yet it plays a fundamental role in our daily lives. 


I was thrilled to help organize a two-part training to 1) help leaders break through communication barriers, and 2) provide communication tips for overcoming workplace conflicts.
